A:  Most Color Guard members do participate in both groups in order to keep their skills up.   However, there are many band members or other CHHS students who choose to participate in just Winter Guard.   You do not need to take the “Color Guard” class in order to participate in Winter Guard as all the Winter Guard rehearsals are outside class time.
